Job description: Project Coordinator
Working under the supervision of the project manager, you will carry out tasks relating to marketing, project management, client service, and administration. You will be in continuous contact with various clients in order to collect the necessary information and documents need to accomplish their projects. The coordinator is involved in every stage of a project, from start to finish. She/he is called on to communicate directly with the various participants to help bring the project to term: client, sales team, production team. She/he must be organized, have an aptitude for teamwork and be perfectly bilingual. The coordinator is also called on to carry out certain administrative tasks, such as editing service offers, follow-up on billing and several other related tasks.

Our SME is presently in full expansion and we are looking for a versatile person who can grow with the company. The chosen candidates must have interest in the Internet world, be professional and meet our service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Composing service offers
  • Developing/updating of marketing tools
  • Comprehending, organizing and managing projects
  • Completing administrative ledgers
  • Educating clients on the use of various self-management tools
  • Carrying out administrative duties or other related tasks

Prerequisites/qualities required of candidates:

  • College or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Aptitudes in project management, establishing priorities and problem solving
  • Creative spirit, versatile, dynamic, meticulous, teamwork capacity
  • Ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Devoted to client satisfaction
