Job description: Project Coordinator
Working under the supervision of the project manager, you will carry out tasks relating to marketing, project management, client service, and administration. You will be in continuous contact with various clients in order to collect the necessary information and documents need to accomplish their projects. The coordinator is involved in every stage of a project, from start to finish. She/he is called on to communicate directly with the various participants to help bring the project to term: client, sales team, production team. She/he must be organized, have an aptitude for teamwork and be perfectly bilingual. The coordinator is also called on to carry out certain administrative tasks, such as editing service offers, follow-up on billing and several other related tasks.
